I have completed the couch to 5k, been running 2 times a week for 30 mins or doing bootcamp.

Today I ran a park run, after my last one 2 weeks ago. Now after my right leg feels weak and I am limping. I did all the stretches before.

What can I do to help?

If it persists you should get help from your doctor or go to a hospital A&E department, it is not advisable to run with a injury.

Ouch. Is this a new pain or one that’s been lingering? Did you push to run faster, different gradients today? Is this caused by running or your boot camp. If it’s just overworking muscles then what’s needed is rest, if it persists then get medical help or see a sports physio. Best of luck 🤗
