Could I have a 60 min badge please? I have been following the time based magic plan but found today's run really challenging. I really wanted to stop at 50 minutes (I quite wanted to stop at several points before that too), it was just the thought of claiming the 60 minutes that got me through! It's not even a shiny bit of bling that I can hang up at home, but it's bling nonetheless, and a milestone I'm very proud of myself for having reached.

I did my first 10k yesterday! Planned it six months ago and took it very steady a year after C25K.

I was incredibly chuffed afterwards!
