So after taking note of your advice, I changed my route, although it still involves 3 large hills, but I ran for longer, 6km in 46 mins. It felt good, need to u my time to running for an hour!

Changing routes keeps things fresh, even doing a usual route the other way around seems somehow more interesting as you see and hear so many different things around.
