Do I need to do anything else apart from run the set runs?

Hi, nothing in particular !The usual decent diet and good hydration and sleep .
Although having said that , quite a few do some strength and flex excercises
If you have the time and inclination to do S&F or whatever else, that's great, but no, you don't need to do anything else Sammyyy .
I used to do yoga, including while I was doing C25K and then the Magic Plan, but I haven't for a while as certain poses were causing more problems than they were solving. So I stopped!
Welcome over the bridge. I hope you have a lovely journey to your next point of call be it 60mins or 10km. Remember to stretch out those muscles after each run. The short runs are great if you want to work on speed or hills. Keep things simple for each new distance, slow down a bit until you are comfortable running for longer. Happy running 🤗
