I was running three times a week(Monday, Wednesday and Friday) as I like to run early and did not mind as had to go to work but since July I started running 6k every other day which obviously now includes the weekends. As it now included weekends I thought I would increase my distance a bit on the Saturday or Sunday and so in three weeks I went from 7.27k to 8.37k to 10.11k yesterday. I thought I would post this achievement for me because I was surprised at the finish that I wasn't "knackered" or out of breath like I thought I would be so I must be doing something right, anyway anyone who has took the time to read this post, cheers and good luck with your running.

64 minutes is an excellent time for a first ever 10km run, too.
