Hello. I run 3 times a week, 45 to 60 minutes each and I love NHS C25k+ podcasts. I like the pace, the music and the encouragement they offer. Do you have any other similar podcasts or apps to suggest?

You can search for Audiofuel online, they are the people who provide the music for those podcasts, they have loads more on their website, they're not free though...I did get a one hour so-called DJ mix of one of them on Amazon for 99p though!
Nike Run Club have a free app that contains lots of guided runs varying from 1k to a marathon! They have music with them but I think it’s Spotify. If you don’t subscribe to that you can add your own music which plays in the background. Then you can make your own playlists or use BBC sounds for free. Worth a look.
I'll second that vote for Nike Run Club - the guided runs are brilliant, as are the coaches 😍😍😍😁
When I completely finished C25K I switched from music to spoken word podcasts, completely unrelated to running.
I'm with Nowster on the spoken word podcasts,. They provide a good distraction on longer runs but the only problem is that I usually chose comedies and look like a complete mad woman chuckling to myself as I run down the road!
Yes, most of mine are comedies. I often have radio panel shows too (eg. Just a Minute, I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, The Unbelievable Truth).
Snap!
Not forgetting No Such Thing As A Fish (the podcast from the QI Elves), which has been weekly for about eight years now.
Never heard that one-will check it out for today's run.

They're usually around 50 minutes long, and a new one comes out every Friday. I'm about a year behind on listening to them!
What is snap? Where I can find it?
I'm assuming you're not British (neither am I) but "Snap!" is something they say when someone says something and another person agrees. Nowster said he listens to "I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue" etc and Week7 said she does too. Americans might say "jinx!"
I also personally now prefer podcasts on a totally different subject but adding a third vote for Nike Run Club if you want something running-related, I don’t have Spotify so I just play my own music in the background. I wouldn’t combine NRC with a podcast as they interrupt quite often to give you encouragement or tell you how far you’ve gone!
I have used Nike Run Club since graduating. It is great and there is lots variety. Many different types of runs and associated coaching to suit your time etc. As someone else mentioned don’t use it at the same time as a podcast as there is quite a bit of coaching so you will miss sections of the podcast.
I’d love to know the same. I love c25k plus. It’s so useful
BBC Sounds app is great for music and you can search across channels eg I like radio 1 happy hour & radio 2 sounds of the nineties & half wower for upbeat music for jogging.
