I've completed c25k three times but never managed to maintain a regular routine. (Too many enforced house and job moves in 2021)
I have restarted by reusing c25k (Laura) I have done three runs of 4.5km this week. But I'm a bit slow and heavy. Next week I'm planning a 2 then 4 then 6km schedule.
Tha is for all you stories, you guys are inspiring me.
