If you simply want a time or distance check, I use the Runkeeper app which you can set to give you stats at whatever time or distance intervals you choose. If you need someone motivating you, there are some guided runs or training workouts on the app too, but I haven't tried them. Alternatively, you could keep repeating the W9 on the app, perhaps using different trainers?

Thank you I have thought of repeating week 9 but not starting it until I have passed the 5 minute walk

Well done and congratulations on graduating. It really is the best feeling isn’t it?

Many people feel as you do after graduating and miss the structure of C25K but for the time being the best thing you can do is to get into a good routine by running for 30 minutes three times a week. If you miss Laura’s voice (I know I did!) you could always continue to play the last week but you’ll maybe want to consider listening to music or a podcast instead.

After a period of consolidation (several weeks) you could consider increasing distance and aiming for 10K. Or maybe not. Your choice 🙂

The important thing is to keep running. By consolidating you will be building a stronger running body and improving stamina which will pay huge dividends for your running future.

Well done on graduating C25K - that is a massive achievement. I know what you mean about missing Laura's reassuring voice - I love Nike Run Club (free app). Lots of people use it here - there are many guided runs and different coaches to choose from (my personal fave is Coach Bennett) if you like to have an encouraging voice cheering you along.Good luck!

Thank you

Nike run club is pretty good . You can choose distance or time and it lets you know whatever splits you choose . Some of the coaching is a little full on after the gentle cajoling of Laura but then it is developed in the US . Also its free so worth a try .

You might want to try the C25K+ podcasts with Laura. You should find the links to download here nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/c... . There are three of them: Speed (interval training), Stamina (35 min run) and Stepping Stones (cadence training).
