Little sleep last night, busy day at work, boss had a flat battery so took her home and sorted out battery charger,

Quick run before dinner, first kilometre 8.42 oh my legs don’t want to do this but my brain needs it!!

Home, washing in machine, dinner cooked and eaten, time to chill, be happy all

Nice run for you after work, that is a beautiful photo of all those flowers., today I also went a walk but the site of several runners made me "take off" and have a little run as well, perhaps the reason for that was that I was wearing bran new trainers, not official running shoes but they are reasonably good for a short run..

I’m determined to do this because if i wait for a day off or perfect weather we only run once a week, it’s hard after work but it’s only 10 minutes so we know we will soon be back getting dinner ready, it’s my break between work and home 😀
