And a good strong finish 💪

Enjoying seeing my times improve and the feeling that it's not all such hard work💪

I ran this morning at 8:30 and it was already very warm but the thunderstorms are approaching again now, the breeze is picking up and the temperature is really pleasant. Perfect running weather if I hadn’t been out already 😊. Enjoy your daughter’s visit ☺️.
