Park Run virgin and super excited for tomm morning, but what time are the newbies briefings generally???

Nothing on my local ParkRun site unless Im looking in the wrong place, so Im guessing about 8.30am??

Im kicking myself for not checking out where its held before now, but I asked a friend for directions so Im confident where it is and where to park but just wondering if most newbie briefings are held at the same time at most Park Runs and if I miss it for whatever reason, as long as I have my bar code I presume I will be able to join in??

Ours is usually around 8:45 too. Also, have a look on social media, your parkrun may have a presence on there. Our parkrun had a Facebook page and they have recorded some of their briefing and put it on there to cut down the time people are together (our Event Director is famous for how long his briefings are 🤣).

You’ll be fine HH, all you need is you and your bar code, and enjoy! 👍

So we'll organized and I ran with someone I've never met, we chatted all the way round, she kept me going and was a great support. I'm totally addicted now!!😄😄
