Slow Hot 10

Laced up for another 10K tonight, building towards my 100K target this month (I’m on 54K so far), it was really warm at 24C so I decided to take it slowly and aimed for a 7min/Km pace - as you can see I didn’t manage it 😂 I was a little all over the place but I had a really nice run - great tunes and a sunset in Regent’s Park 👌🏻
