Syncing problems

I am using NRC with my Apple Watch. I can’t seem to get it to work. The app on my watch won’t record the run on it if I’m using NRC. Can’t it do both?

Then NRC doesn’t record my run either. I have to enter it manually.

I start my watch first and do my 5 minute warm up walk and the press my phone to start the NRC guided run. The watch then didn’t record anything, stopped as soon as NRC started. Sadly I like to look at my stats and see my exercise rings over the piece. 🙈

Why’s NRC not recording it either???

Sorry I can’t help on this but could you contact Apple and ask them? Or ask Mrs Google? I once fixed our vacuum cleaner by searching online 🙂

Hello Alvor . I have an Apple Watch and find the only way to do this is to start NRC on my phone first (it should also start on your watch) then start the Apple Run workout. The NRC works in the background on my watch but also I know it will definitely record it on my phone. Bit of a faff but I always take my with me phone anyway.
