Just got back from a 7k run, which took just under 51 minutes. Feeling very happy to be able to run for that much time again. Nearly didn't go out as I got up later than intended and it was getting hot, but I was determined to get back out there and get my distances up again.
In the end the heat wasn't that bad. There was a nice cool breeze and I tried to hit the shady paths as much as possible.
