There's a mini version of me on C25K......

🏕 My daughter's Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition is finally back on, hooray! What better way to get your fitness levels back up than doing C25K I suggested, and I'll even do it all again with you?! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️

So for the next few weeks I shall be posting on both here and on C25K, revisiting all those lovely walk/run intervals with my daughter and possibly tagging on a few extra loops of my own for good measure to keep up my distance.

W1R1 completed this evening in the sunshine. I am so proud of her for stepping out of her comfort zone to do this. I know my VRBs will lend their moral support and cheer her along. Timotea is just ahead of us on her C25K return journey, so we are in good company 😀.
