Haven't written for 2 weeks but have read other people's entries - it's brilliant to read other people's experiences. I did a really surprising week 3 ending up running 8km in 45 mins. I put a ! on my training plan as I couldn't quite believe it.

Back to usual service last week - 4k Monday, 5k Thursday and 8 k Saturday. 50'48". Must have misread the clock the week before! Using Strava now (the free version).

So this week I am aiming for 9k and have to run 4k in the morning - and then be ready to leave the house at 7.45. That means setting off at 6.30 - uh oh! goodnight!

Great progress on your 10k journey, you’ll have returned from your run by now , hope it went well. Wishing you all the best for your 9k later in the week. Happy running 🤗
