I say run ,I mean jog. I was a bit worried after last weeks lead legs that it would be tough but wanted to get it out of the way before the heat at the end of the week.
I drank extra the day before and relaxed my diet a little and hey presto a really comfortable run. Not fast but not super slow either. Legs felt super relaxed the last 2k I was tired and happy to stop but if I had been out on an 8k I could have done it.
After the last couple of runs it was refreshing for it to all click for meππ»ββοΈ felt like a runner for a little while, even if everyone else overtakes me.

Definitely agree, even if you think you are okay drink a bit more Iβm not good at the whole two to three litres a day thing. Trying to get better though.
Yay!π Well done HappyNoodle - great run! Dropping pace is key when increasing distance and it's nice to enjoy those longer runs.ππ½ββοΈ Good luck with your next one...ππ
Today didnβt go so well I went out to do my 5k but it was soooo hot I figured Iβd do the short run instead but didnβt realise stopped half a k early π so annoying. I may make up the .5 on my next run if I can. It should be cooler Sunday.
