I feel good!

I do 3 runs a week, saving my longest for Sundays and I like to slip a couple of 1 mile runs in between. I had set myself a target of getting down to 10 minutes for the mile and this morning I smashed it. 9m 51s. It felt great!

My next goal is 30m for the 5k. I'm still just over 32m so a way to go yet but I WILL get there :D

One mile runs are a good idea especially when you set yourself targets. Well done on your time and good luck for your next goal 🍀

Well done, little challenges keep things interesting 👍🏻 regular running and effort will certainly bring those times down and I'm sure you will get your sub 30min 5km soon 💪🏻
