16 weeks ago I started C25K, I completed it in 8 weeks, consolidated for 3 then I started my journey to 10K over five weeks. I’ve been pretty strict throughout, running every other day without fail, so in those 16 weeks I’ve actually managed 55 runs.

I’ve genuinely transformed into a runner, I look forward to runs and feel amazing afterwards. Thanks for all the advice!

Absolutely buzzing right now!

My 10K time was 1:09:30 😆

That’s amazing 🤩 well done. I’m on a similar journey, completed C25K now trying to make it to 10, managed 6.5k yesterday… can’t wait to see the number 10, great time also 🙌🏼

Best of luck - just remember its absolutely possible. The big jump in progress for me was hills - go up them all, it will be hard to start with but once you get used to them your stamina improves so much.
