I got to 10K by adding 500 meters onto one of my 5K runs each week. It was a nice relaxed easy way to add distance and get to 10K. Just enjoy it. I've done the plan too.

I notice that you graduated three months ago. Good for you for keeping at it 👍
The only thing I’d add is to remember that fitness improves faster than our joints and soft tissue strengthen so listen carefully to your body and if you need to take extra rest days then do it. Any cross training is good too.
Good luck and enjoy it all 🙂

Enjoy your new challenge, search out new fun longer routes, experiment with speed on short runs if that’s your thing but slow down for longer runs until you find your new pace. Happy running 🤗

I would recommend adding hills to your running routes - they really helped me with building stamina. Take it slow to start with but if you keep adding some vertical meters to your runs - you will notice the benefits. Good luck!
