Out after work today - I love ‘running off’ the day. However tired I THINK I am before I go, I always find there’s more in the tank once I’m out there!

I’m also enjoying the cooler, breezier weather at the moment too - definitely making the runs easier! 👍

Totally agree about the weather! It’s so much easier not being hot and sweaty from the very minute I leave the house.
