Went out fairly early this morning (early for me anyway about 7.30) and just ran a solid one hour with coach Chris Bennet from nrc! Who would have thought it way back in October when I started C25K?? Forgot my cap so had the sun in my eyes on the way back which was pretty annoying but I’m feeling pretty pleased with myself and knackered! I’m in the garden now with a lovely cup of tea! Happy running this weekend everyone 🥳💪
