Well as it was starting to cool off a bit I thought I should get out there, by the time I finished my warmup walk the sun was fully out again.

Nearly my usual route whjich means the second k is uphill, but cut short the end of the Run a bit due to the heat.

My right hip is a bit tight so got to concentrate some more stretching on that area other yhan that a nice little Run that I enjoyed.

Have you tried sitting on a tennis ball for your tight hip? Or work it against a wall. Works wonders!

Yes got a massage ball only just realised how tight that area has got so going to work on it with some stretches as well.

Try pigeon pose too. Either seated or lying down. Both are excellent for stretching the hips. You can get YouTube videos online.
