Well that was a 3.17 mile hot and sweaty 😓 run after work, could of gone for 10k but in this heat that was enough for me don't wanna push it too much..🌞😉..

Yeah it was a hot one 🌞 I try avoid runing in that heat during the day best first thing on a morning.
