Got the date of Global Running Day wrong and, after running a 10k "warm up" went out and posted a 1k PB of 4:14 and a 1 mile PB of 7:00 YESTERDAY!?

Yup, it was me.

So, today being a rest day notwithstanding, I wasn't going to miss out on a Garmin challenge badge so went out and did a very leisurely 1k round the block at lunchtime. The time of 9:33 was notable only for it being slower than I've run at any time since the early C25K days, but I got that badge...

Need to pay more attention next year.
