After a fab bank holiday with family and grandchildren I didn’t get a chance to much until today.. I went to my first Zumba class since lockdown last night and enjoyed that and went for a circuit round the block this am .. taking chunkypies graphic about slow jogging to heart I did my fastest pace ever .. wow .. I like today ! Happy sweaty running everyone ✅
