Gentle return to running and my last COGH run 😞

I was determined to get out today to join the group for the last COGH run.

After my recent gall bladder surgery I’m not supposed to be back to full running for a month but feeling good, and keeping resolutely to the week 1 podcast of C25K I was so happy to be back out there enjoying an early morning walk/run.

Here’s my selfie in my lovely COGH t-shirt. Thanks so much to everyone for organising and being part of this brilliant adventure, and thanks IrishJohn for starting the whole damn thing if with your mad, wonderful, original idea. 😀 it’s been a blast hasn’t it?!

It truly has been a great few months hasn’t it! I’m quite sad it’s all over but feel I’ve made lots of virtual friends along the way! Take care with the running but enjoy your C25k journey again!

Looking good, glad you are taking a gentle approach in your return from surgery. The eve was the best ever. Happy running 🤗
