A bit hilly for me: 88m gain in 5k in Devon. Let's ignore the time as my Tuesday 5K was much better.
But it was definitely the warmest run since September when I was doing Week 3 C25K. I ran 6.5k today altogether, so a bit longer than in September!!!

Sounds like a great place to be, even with the hills, enjoy the rest of your time there

Brilliant effort, adding hills is great for stamina building and accepting a slower pace is very wise. Happy running 🤗

CBDB Graduate10 3 years ago Nice! Yeah, we also ventured out a tiny bit! I need to practice running in public if I am to be ready for the Parkruns season! 😅😅

That’s the problem with Devon - it’s a fabulous place but there are no downhills only uphills! Enjoy your stay and those lovely warm runs!

Yep. The last 300m of my 5k, I needed crampons, so I ran downhill or on the flat after that for another mile as I think I deserved a "rest."
