Took a day off work…to run!

Well, not entirely but I did plan my week’s running and the day around this glorious morning run along the lake. Gorgeous views of the mountains and the jet d’eau (sorry - didn’t have my phone with me!) and not too many people around relatively early on a Friday morning.

Managed to get some yummy stuff for lunch (including an amazing fig bread that is divine with salted butter) and and spending the rest of the day basking in that “I’ve gone for a run today and am feeling gooood” feeling
