.. so said the Drill Instructor on Runminder today .. after about 6 weeks of caring for a pulled/torn calf muscle I finally got my mojo back .. I managed 5.46ks ..I laughed running round the block listening to this app but also had Strava running too .. feeling good today ! Yay ππββοΈ
