Evening Team, so I completed the C25K a few weeks ago, followed with a couple of consolidation weeks. I now need to step up to 10K ahead of Half Marathon training. Any and all advice greatly appreciated.

You could try Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K.

It's not an app, Google "Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan" if you wish, you can print it out, a 8 weeks plan to prepare you for running a 10K.

Alternatively, most running apps include training plans. I think that Nike Run Club is one that's free. Strava also do plans but you probably need to be a subscriber. If you've a Garmin watch, their site also includes plans.
