Post vaccine 6.6km

Was supposed to head out on my long run today and was hoping to do at least an 8km run but after I got my first jab I opted to cut the run short as my arm was very sore.

Still, 6.6km is nothing to scoff at and I’m pleased that the little niggles I’ve been experiencing recently did not rear their ugly selves!

Happy Sunday, everyone!

It’s good to get that first jab - great that you felt up for a run too and niggle free is always good!🙂

Great post vaccine run, well done. I was off running for 2 days after mine. Happy running 🤗
