So close to 10k! I set out planning to do 8-8.5km and instead ended up with just over 9. I’m taking it slowly, and would like to eventually hit 10km, but not in a rush to injure myself.
Still, a year ago I couldn’t run for five minutes, so I’ll take this distance and be grateful for what my body can do
Onwards and upwards!

I’m not great runner no in heat but tackle it by going out at the coolest part of the day, wearing loose clothing and taking water with me to both drink and pour over my head🤣
Well done, it's surprising what your body can do, I've not run for a week got another injury but I'm going to push myself this morning even if it's only 2 miles so wish me luck..🙏🙏
Went ok, a bit sore when I got back but a nice ice packed sorted that out, So close to 10K, you can do it push your self that bit harder next time and you will achieve your goal, go girl..🏃♂️🏃♂️😉
