As i am recovering from Ham string injuries i have tried to keep my runs short of late but today i completed a 7.5K run on the Downs which is pretty flat. My legs ache but the Ham strings feel good so onwards and upwards.

Ah! Another Brizzle runner!

Glad to hear your hamstring is on the mend. Saw a physio about knee issues where he identified tight hamstrings and calfs so I've been doing stretching on and off. Seems to have helped my knees. It's also stopped me getting sore hamstrings after a run so working out well.
