Well, it’s been about 3 weeks since my last run, because a friend came to stay, and I threw my diet and exercise plan out of the window for that period - I needed a holiday! But happily it wasn’t too hard to get back into the rhythm now he’s gone home. The 5km run went well and wasn’t as bad as I feared.

Back to the Magic Plan !
