I've struggled a bit with the runs this week, BUT, I did it!
Just finished my 8k run, using a treadmill, super hot in the gym with no air con (covid restrictions), it's Saturday & there was a few gins last night!! So I'm made up that I completed this run in 47min, 14secs ππ»ββοΈ
Its the same distance runs again next week, so no excuses now I know I can do it!
I've found using the Juju's magic plan print out really useful, as it encourages me to run (I'd hate to leave it blank or have the dates spread over 2 weeksπ€£)
Bring on week 5!!ππ»ββοΈ
