Perfect weather and 8k

I don’t post very often but love reading everyone’s posts. I’ve been running now since 2019 but have been sticking to 5k having had a couple of falls and injuries along the way. Have decided now though to get back to do a 10k again. Only did it the once in November 2019. My 8k today made me think I should get there in a few weeks, no rush. So many lovely runners out today and 9 out of 10 were cheerful👍👍. I don’t think I would have got through lockdown without being able to run as I would have gone stir crazy. Happy running everyone from a chuffed me 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ who ran a big circular route as hate looping round where I have already run. I also plotted a route with no hills in the second half as good way to keep the gremlins under control 👾. Now to plot my next 9k route 👏👏
