back to the treadmill for this one - put managed very well, I think controlling the speed is easier off the treadmill - but I intend to do a bit of both as I am afraid to go just to outdoor running and then fall back if it gets slippery or snowy. Feeling good as I wasn't motivated to do this and really pushed my mood to get in the zone, so glad that I did as I feel the sense of achievement now and much better.

As for the yoga - I gave it a go - but think I need to take a few steps back and start at the beginning.... is there a coach to downward dog??? lol

Good idea to do a mix of outside and treadmill. I usually fail at running when the weather is bad. Can’t help with yoga, sorry, but good luck with it.
