I did the first 2 runs this week outdoor (3.5k in 21mins & 5k in 28mins) really enjoyed the outdoor running, was so nice to have a breeze as there's no air con in the gym at the moment for my treadmill runs!
Todays run was the 7k, which I did on the treadmill (40min,20sec) - I found the run much better without the track on the screen as I find I'm usually constantly watching the distance, which makes it drag! Really enjoyed the run, no aches or pains & I was mentally in the zone... just far too hot without air con!🥵
Bring on week 4🏃♀️🤞🏼

I'm not sure really, I've ran on and off over the years. Used to do a park run but could never get under 30 mins (it was quite hilly) so its always been my aim. I've had a few years off! The runs I'm currently doing are fairly flat (or very flat on the treadmill!) So it would definitely be a different story if it was less flat. 🏃♀️
