I am really loving running. Brings a real sense of achievement and accomplishment to my life which was missing since I retired. Only issue I have is that when I stop running I ache above where I think the tissue/muscle joins the knee (thigh area) In the past I have had a slight pain in the knee but that cleared once I got in to the knee strengthening exercises. Any ideas what this is or how I can fix it. Thanks
