I’m just consolidating my runs I wanted to ask should you still have a day off between runs or do you just go with what you feel so long as you don’t up there time too much ?

You should still have a day off running for at least 6 months after you graduate from C25K, even doing JuJu's Magic 10 for running a 10K you should not run on consecutive days as that could cause a injury.
New graduates should always have a rest day between runs. When you've been running regularly for six months or more you can then experiment with running easy runs on consecutive days.
Hello Badrun, the advice we were given on graduation was to leave it a year before trying to run everyday, to avoid injuries. Doing strength and flex exercises on the rest days will improve your running far more. This post from our lovely mentor gives you lots of useful information
