There isn’t one. Just go in the pinned posts and find the magic plan. You don’t need an app now. You just need a watch or something to measure your distance 👍🏽

Yes, as was mentioned, there is JuJu’s magic plan that gets you to 10k ( healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... ), but when I graduated I took a long consolidation period to get to know the free running apps on offer.
I’d say the top three I would try out, to see which one you might like to go with for longer, are
- Nike Running Club, which has free audio guided runs
- Runkeeper, which I think has the most comprehensive freely available functionality keeping the metrics of your run. It also has different voices, which are a hoot
- Strava, which specifically supports the social aspects of running, connecting to others and to clubs

There is definitely a choice to make. I have dropped apps which require ear plugs since C25k and use my running watch, both for in run data and historic stuff so that I can compare my performance over time. I think that it has helped my pace judgement (but nothing has stopped me from picking up injuries from over doing it!🙄). Some like music where I like the sounds of the countryside in my ears. Whatever floats your boat. 👍

Another recommendation for the Magic Plan. Its simplicity and flexibility were perfect for getting me to 10k. I welcomed guided runs during C25K, haven't been near one since!
