Usually do my long run on a Sunday morning, but with an Easter egg hunt on the cards for the kids, I decided to do it this afternoon instead.
Not my fastest 10km time, but was probably the most enjoyable so far. Still contemplating what to do next, felt like I could of done another couple of KM, but not sure how far I really want to go.

Thanks. Yes I’ve been thinking a 10 miler would be sensible to aim for next. Looked at a few plans, not sure whether to just keep increasing the long run by 1km, or also build in some speed week to one of the mid week runs. Some of these plans have complicated speed/interval runs 😀
I think you're already doing enough running to get the health benefits. For me, going for longer runs was a way of keeping myself motivated. It's definitely more enjoyable doing the long runs at an easy pace.
