Hello my running buddies , how you doing. So just an update from my post from over 2 weeks ago.

I took a weeks rest from running as I knew I should . My first run back was last Monday and I was a bit nervous incase I had any pain but it was okay.

I've stuck to runs of no more than 6k and its worked really well.

So tomorrow I'm doing a 10k , and I'm so looking forward to it as I love the longer runs. Then I will take it from there.

Our weather has been lovely and warm this week but I think its to change again for next week but thats fine I'll run in any weather.
