Not content with bringing my 10k PB down from 58:19 (which I set in April last year) to 56:04 on Tuesday evening, last night I went out and brought it down further to 55:24. Pretty good start to the bank holiday weekend if you ask me.

Seems my legs are enjoying the extra hours of daylight in the evenings as much as the rest of me...
