Two runs in a row

Hi,

I’ve been running for around 9 months now and have completed the C25K but I have never run two days in a row because of all the advice I had seen about injuries. I’m not able to get out for a run during the week because of work commitments and wondered if running Saturday and Sunday was really that bad.

Thanks

I’ve been running for a year and now do the same. I stretch, do yoga, watch cadence to minimise injury and I’m fine. We’re all different but I’d give it a go and just start of slow - even a bit if run/walk to start.
