FB has just shared a memory from this time last year, before I started C25K. I went for a run with my daughter (I never ran) and of course, I just tried to run, work no idea of building up gradually. After this run, I decided it was definitely not for me and tried to find a fitness programme online that I liked the music for... (I failed)

Went out for a run today with N. She laughed at me the whole way round! Running is soooooo boring! Still no ambulance required...

It’s mad isn’t it! I dread to think how much worse (is that possible?) the last year would have been if we didn’t have running. It’s really broken the monotony up for me. Keep avoiding those ambulances 👍
