Am so proud of what I have accomplished and can’t wait to being the next stage in my journey. My total end goal is to run a 10K for charity, be healthy and a more healthy weight too.

I never thought I’d like to run but I can truly say now I do 🥰

Looking forward to learning of your journeys and stories 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Glad you enjoyed your run today and if you have completed C25K, you should be very proud of yourself, congratulations, tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 and graduated, then you will see the words Graduate next to your username.

Good luck for your running journey to run a 10K for charity, if you want a plan for it, a little like C25K, Google "Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan" that is a 8 weeks plan to get you to run a 10K.

Congratulations and very well done 👏. It’s a great achievement. Good luck and happy running on your way to 10K. Just spend a few weeks first running 5K before increasing the distance.
