I’ve been out of sync this week as I ran my long run training for HUHM on Wednesday this week as opposed to a long run on Fridays. Clearly I work the days of the week out by the running calendar and what run I’m doing! Not only has this affected my time clock 🕰 but it has affected MrB. too who decided yesterday that the weekend had arrived!
I set off this morning to test out running part of my planned HUHM in reverse to the start of a route I’ve used for nearly 18months - that sent my brain 🧠 into a bit of a tizzy but surprisingly coped very well once I’d met the early elevation challenges, in fact the 8k time went really well on the reverse route with a pace of 7.12 v 7.20 last week despite the wind and very definitely the rain that deluged on me for the last 2k🌧💧
It’s amazing where 8k can take you as I completed the logs for COGH we are approaching a town called Tynyh and LEJOG04 I’m on the A9 coming alongside Loch Insh. Every step on a run and a walk takes us to many places, I shall contemplate 🤔on that as I run the HUHM & 10k next week.
Happy running everyone and good luck on whatever challenges you’re working on and doing. 🏃🏻♀️
