Two-week workout challenge with NHS 10min Series for Strength and Resistance

Over at the Strength and Flex Forum we have just embarked on a two week intermediate NHS/InstructorLive Strength and Resistance challenge, made up of five 30-min video workouts. These are made up of 10min warm-up, 10min focussed workout, and a 10min cool-down.

The focussed sessions include

- Abs

- Legs

- Waist

- Arms

- Bum

Yeah, come on over. 😃 There is quite a choice of things. Either this 2 week challenge, or daily yoga (or both?) or the NHS classic 5-week S&F program-podcast (which is perfect for spring as it encourages you to do it outside in a garden or in a park). And a whole archive of workouts.
